Because my address wouldn't come up on GPS and my directions were specific enough, he wouldn't come out. Wouldn't trust the directions. Said he didn't want to waste his time driving around. Ok. I guess don't take calls that are out of your comfort area.

You can't get more professional than this. Called first thing on a Saturday morning. He told me he could be there in a hour and a half and he showed up right on time. He was very knowledgeable and able to diagnose the problem quickly and took the time to explain how it worked. He even gave me some tips on some preventative maintenance while he was working. All work was completed quickly and at a great price.

Please listen. This man is the definition of a true professional. Our AC went out and the house was almost 90 at night. I called around to everyone in the area and it was only this gentleman who offered to come out promptly. Within an hour no less. Soon after our home was enjoyable again. He had his cute grandson in his truck with him who was all the makings of a true gentleman himself! Cannot say enough about how this man helped us in our time of need. I would rate again and give him 10 stars if possible!

I needed an emergency repair done for a rental unit so I called Paul Diggs at A/C Service Master. He was able to come out quickly to address the problem for my tenant, and I was so impressed with his professionalism and knowledge I asked him to come look at the unit at my own home that I had been having issues with. Now both units are running like new and I could not be happier. After this experience, I won't go anywhere else for HVAC work. Don't waste time with anyone else. Just call A/C Service Master and let Paul take care of the problem!

Polite. Prompt. A pleasure to deal with. Paul was professional, and up front about the service fee. He stayed true to his estimate for repair. HVAC work is never inexpensive, but I didn't feel "fleeced." I will be a repeat customer for A/C ServiceMaster.

AC stopped working last night . Call A/C service master at my lunch hour. And Paul said he could come out the same day. He checked out my A/C and found nothing wrong. A/C was blowing as design. He did not try to sell me any services. But he did tell me if the problem comes back he would change the circuit board. If you are looking for a honest AC guy. I would call A/C service master.

Sometimes, reaching out to repair companies is difficult when you don't know who you can trust. One thing I can say for certain - this company will be the one we call - each and every time. Exceptionally knowledgeable and skilled, but also very pleasant and explained everything as well. We were worried that calling someone on the weekend, urgently would cost a fortune, but pricing was very reasonable! Especially considering coming out on the weekend and climbing into the attic in extreme heat! In fact, we initially called thinking we would need to replace the unit, but this company not only let us know we didn't need to, but the repair was not complex or costly and their honesty and straightforwardness is so appreciated! Paul came out immediately to help with the A/C unit. He sat there in the blazing heat trying to figure out it's weird problem. Two trips to the parts store. Unit is fixed. Very reasonably priced and conscientious about the future performance of the unit. The only downside is the unit manufacturer, Carrier, would not honor the warranty transfer of ownership (on a 2 yr. old unit). Carrier gets a bad rating, Paul gets the good one.

Mr. Paul responded to all of my service requests very quickly, was reasonable and went above and beyond finding a solution for my HVAC service needs. I am very satisfied with his services & I highly recommend!

Never wrote a review before, but Mr. Paul Returned my call fast and on a Friday night came out and fixed my unit. It's 10:00 pm and very reasonable. If that ain't service for ya I don't know what is!

Prompt to return call. On time, explained problem. Repaired the unit as needed. Would recommend that if you needed ac or heating repairs done to call Paul.

At 7:50PM on a Friday (10 minutes before they were going to close btw and it was storming outside), I called these guys and asked if they would come service my A/C system. They said they'd be there in about 30-45 minutes. As soon as I hung up the phone I found the issue and fixed it, so I immediately called them back to cancel the service call. Even though I didn't get a chance to use them, they left a very positive impression on me just because they were willing to help me out in an emergency during after hours. Definitely will be using them in the future!

I called Saturday morning, and my A/C was back in proper working order on Saturday evening. The technician arrived when he said he would, explained what was going on with my unit and quickly repaired it at a great price. I am very pleased with the service I received.

Our A/C unit began giving difficulties by not keeping up with the outside temp on the weekend. On Monday morning I began calling trying to find someone to repair it. Recommendations from family were fruitless as most companies told me it would be at least a week before they could get to it or they would not answer the phone. I researched online and found A/C Service Master. Their reviews were all good. I called and the phone was answered immediately. I discussed the issue and was told that they could come out right away.. Within 2 hours my unit was repaired.(clogged condenser unit outside and a little low on Freon.) Nothing but praise for this company, technician and the service. I waited a week to write this to ensure the problem was resolved. Give them a call ,you won't regret it.

Mr. Paul is truly a honest, prompt, christine gentelman. He knew what was wrong with my a/c unit and repaired it in a timely manner. His prices are very reasonable and it was nice not to be taken advantage of. I would highly recommend him to anyone!

I just bought a home in July, 2017 not knowing I had furnace problems . I called A/C Service Master LLC and he came out the same day, which was on a Saturday. He diagnosed the problem right away. Third time in two years the A/C he installed has needed to be repaired. If I wanted to wonder whether or not the air conditioning was going to come on, I'd have kept the unit I had instead of getting a new one that should be under warranty. And it takes forever to get him to come and make the repairs. I fell for the Bible verses on his webpage. But even the devil can quote the Bible, so I guess I should have known better.

Paul hands down is the most honest and prompt HVAC company i know. I have been a customer of A/C ServiceMaster for years and I have recommended him to several people who have all said the same. Paul stands behind his work and has always been honest with me on what needed to be done. I had one furnace that had to be replaced and Paul helped me find a replacement unit that was within my budget as close as he could get. He made sure i bought a good quality product and he had us up and running quickly. I would never use another company. Even though it was hot, when my AC went out, i waited four days for Paul to do the work because I wouldn't want anyone else. The only reason he was four days out was because he was on vacation, otherwise he would have been there that day.

Paul is the best! Highly recommended! We used to use somebody out of Kennesaw that never could get our A/C to work right, then we found Paul, and he fixed what the other guy couldn't fix! Paul even made an emergency stop for me ON HIS WAY to his family vacation. If he hadn't of done that, we would have been without A/C for a week during July! Ugh! WOW!! This guy was great, came out same day, gave a quote and replaced my entire heat pump system in one day and while it was pouring down rain! Hard to find service like that anymore.
